Our Services
We provide professional catsitting services in our clients homes. We offer once or twice a day visits as well as overnight care. If your situation is unique and requires a custom-made schedule we are happy to accommodate as best as we can. Additionally we can administer medications, collect your mail and water your plants at no extra costs. We do not charge extra for multiple cat households. We are happy to feed any fish, rabbits or other small animals you may have at no additional charge. Scroll down to learn more about each of our services. Feedings
Some of our clients have a simple feeding routine while others may have a more detailed regime. Either way, we take the time and care to feed precisely per your instructions. As firsthand cat-parents ourselves we understand you have your reasons for every little detail you’ve added. We promise to carry out that system while you’re away. Our first visit we will send you pictures of their prepared meals and ask if there are any adjustments you would like us to make. We’ve got this!
Playtime
Playtime is an important part of our visits because we believe quality time spent playing with cats denotes proper cat care. I’ve heard many stories from new clients about previous sitters caught on camera feeding and leaving within minutes. Well, we actually stay to play! Not only will your hidden cameras capture your cats having a blast with us but we will send you videos every visit showing your cats happy and playing! We know a lot of fun games cats enjoy and we specialize in getting shy cats to play. The tremendous peace of mind you will feel watching these videos while you’re away will be priceless!
Litter Box Cleanings
Whether you want your litter box washed or scooped daily we will send you a picture each visit of a clean maintained litter box. We will also text to let you know if the litter activity looked normal or abnormal. If it looked abnormal we will text you a detailed description and send a picture for visual clarity. We take litter scoopings very seriously as we know that unmaintained litter boxes can cause UTIs. We also know that cats take great pride in being clean and appreciate clean litter boxes.
Brushings
If your cats require brushing during our visits we are more than happy to do so and even recommend it. Whether you have long-haired or short-haired cats it’s always a good idea to brush them regularly to help them prevent getting hairballs from grooming. It’s especially important for long-haired cats to be brushed to help them prevent getting knots in their fur. Simply let us know where you keep your brushes during our free consultation visit. Please note we can only brush your cats if they allow us to brush them.
Overnight Care
Would you believe some of our clients worry so much about their cats feeling lonely while they are away that they hire us to stay overnights? How it generally works is we check in just before dinner time, serve and enjoy extended playtime before cuddling asleep together. I usually tell my clients it feels like a pajama party with good friends! It’s a wonderful opportunity for your cats to receive hours of unconditional attention in the spotlight. You will feel like a part of the fun too while watching all the videos we send along your way!
Administering Medications
Our background in cat-rescue has enabled us to work alongside veterinarians on many occasions. We have learned how to spot potential health issues in cats and how to administer their medications properly. We strongly believe medicine time for any cat should never be a stressful event. Therefore, we have come up with several creative techniques to make medicine time fun and quick. We would love to share these tips with you!
